Trini Oven BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
About this Recipe
-2 lbs Chicken Drumsticks
-1⁄4 Cup Green Seasoning (see recipe below)
-2 tbsp Tomato Paste
-1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
-A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
-2 tbsp Brown Sugar
-Salt &Pepper to taste
-Swiss BBQ Sauce
-1⁄4 Cup Pineapple juice
-1tbsp Green seasoning
Combine all ingredients and boil for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
-2 Bunches Culantro
-1 Bunch of Green Scallions
-1 Head of Peeled Garlic
-1⁄2 Yellow Onion
-2 Pimento Peppers
-1 Scotch Bonnet to taste
-1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
Blend all ingredients together into a paste. Save in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Remove drumsticks and dip into BBQ sauce. Place all drumsticks back on the tray, and back
into oven for another 15 minutes. Repeat the sauce process one more.
Total Cook Time for drumsticks should be about 45 minutes or until internal temperature
reaches 165 degrees.
