Ivan Mooti Persad is the founder and Managing Director of Premium Quality Meats Ltd., a leading frozen foods distributor in Trinidad and Tobago. Established in 1985, Mr. Mooti Persad grew the company from modest beginnings in Balmain Village, Couva, into an industry leader. Under his visionary leadership, the company expanded its offerings to include a wide range of frozen meats, cheeses, vegetables, and other food products, emphasizing quality and affordability.
Known for his discipline and intuitive market understanding, Mr. Mooti Persad has built a reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction. He leverages efficient supply chain management and economies of scale to deliver superior service. Mrs. Indra Mooti Persad is the Director of Finance and Administration at Premium Quality Meats Ltd., where she plays a pivotal role in the company’s operations. With extensive expertise in shipping logistics, she oversees the coordination of global efforts for importing products into Trinidad and Tobago. In her financial leadership capacity, Mrs. Mooti Persad manages both local and international accounts, ensuring seamless financial operations.
